Having moved to England in pursuit of freedom of expression, she became co-founder of Woman Alive, dedicated to the education of women, helping them become more self-reliable and confident, inspired by a vision of a future where equal partnership will become the new foundation for male/female cooperation.
In 1988 Joanna moved to Canada where together with her husband, David Francis, she established a center dedicated to the development and growth of the human potential. She now lives in the US and works as a writer and CEO of Kora Press, dedicated to the promotion of spiritual writings, including books by, for and about women.
Joanna co-founded Feminenza, an international network of women established in 20 countries and growing daily.
