The Webinar Sessions:
• Session One: Introduction ‘Living in times of Change – introductory session. In this session, we lay the foundations for what change means, and why the alteration of external behavior is not enough. Change begins within ourselves, and is an alignment to what is new. • Session Two: 'The Power of Mindshifts - a Mental DNA for mour Future' This, the second webinar in the series, opens up the pivotal role that mind-shifts play in the realignment of our thinking and attitudes. As a kind of ‘mental DNA’, mind-shifts are a powerful means of helping us to change our alignment to connect to the evolutionary opportunities possible today.
.
• Session Three: Mind-shift One builds on the notion of change with the mind-shifts that establish a new way of thinking about ourselves from a larger perspective (not ‘me first). Complete with daily practices, this session shows the way to beginning to develop a world citizen mind-shift. • Session Four: Mind-shift Two continues the journey by showing some elementary practices that enable our mind to stay open to the inter-connective web of life that we share with all living things. This session begins to ‘heal’ the segmented and judgmental mind sets we have come to inherit from our past, and supports a different kind of awareness of the world around us • Session Five: Mind-shift Three looks at the evidence that the change taking place on our planet is a global phenomenon. The orchestrating of all the new ideas, feelings and perceptions that people from all walks of life are becoming aware of is clearly not being orchestrated by any one person, but by a higher field of intelligence. What does this say about the evolution process? • Session Six: Mind-shift Four brings focus to the shift from material values to spiritual values. In our world today, many people count themselves rich or not from an almost exclusively material perspective- It is almost certain that in the future we humans will have less in the way of possessions but perhaps become richer if our value system counts ourselves rich in terms of such inner qualities as settlement, inspiration and the sense of playing a meaningful part in creating the future.
• Session Seven: Mind-shift Five continues the journey by examining the way each person in their daily life can be a discoverer of new progressive ways that support a new future. Discovery is not the right of a few people in science but is the potential of all as we find new ways in every aspect of living.
• Session Eight: Mind-shift Six establishes the basic reasoning on which a life of contribution is based. It is not enough that we cease to take and destroy and pollute the world and each other’s lives. We need to actively build the basis for a life of contribution.
• Session NIne: Mind-shift Seven provides the basis for an inter-connective commitment from us all in continuing to work for the future. We are all part of a living web of consciousness and the world citizen network brings us together in common purpose. There is strength in the many views and attempts just as there is strength in the diversity of our world citizen members. |

Proposed Facilitators Progam Structure
Friday Evening session: Introducing the ‘change coding’
In this first session, all participants will be introduced to the ‘change coding’ as we call it. This is a mental positioning from which self-observation becomes possible, to see the difference between reacting to challenges (alteration) from the past and seeing the ‘real’ potential for change as the future.
The daily practice of this change coding literally brings about a new mindset that is exploratory in seeking to find new and appropriate ways to go forward.
Saturday Morning session:
• Review of Friday evening’s session • Going through the slide show ‘Living in Times of Change’ and understanding the main issues of climate change, diminishing resources, pollution and then … • Taking some of these ‘obvious’ challenges that we face in our world today and seeing the difference between alteration and real change Saturday Afternoon session:
• A new template for self – the way choice and responsibility are at the heart of transition and upgrade
• The way each of us can engage meaningfully in response to the challenges of our times from a new level of self that chooses • Summing up about the personal/human positioning in respect of the different challenges to be found in the slide show. Sunday Morning Sessions: Sunday Morning session:
• Audionics – the art of facilitating your audience, and some simple keys about public speaking • The necessary attitudes of being a good facilitator are not based in technique, but in caring about the issues • ‘Getting out of the way’ – the way of facilitating oneself by allowing the passion for the issue to pass to others Sunday Afternoon session:
• Practice sessions – in a coaching way everyone will get a chance to work in small groups to present the ‘Living in Times of Change’ introduction, and get constructive and supportive feedback to help them develop their ways of facilitating • The administration of sessions – the way to enroll others in the World Citizen network • General reflections and summing up … Through the facilitator program, you will become licensed by TFC International to introduce groups of people (up to 20 people in year one) to the first Templates for Change module “Living in Times of Change”.
As a facilitator, you will be taking a direct responsibility in facilitating others in the transition to a new time. You will introduce TFC, share our motives and purposes, and be an example of our principles by your genuine concerns.
These programs are run at weekends:
• Friday evening from 20:00 until 22:30 • Saturday from 10:00 until 17:00 • Sunday from 10:00 until 16:00 |
