Contributing to the Future
The World Citizen Academy provides a range of programs that facilitate the transition to the needs of a new time. From more than 30 years of research and development the programs engage minds, senses, feelings with the innate aspirations of a life to grow towards contributing towards a new future - programs on gender, coaching for meaning and purpose, developing values for the planet, mediating conflict, self-leadership and leadership, theatre, arts and psychology. The programs provide the templates of a new emerging way of becoming World Citizens, contributing to a new future.
Opening worldwide in spring 2011 -through live sessions, webinars, conference calls and international gatherings - the World Citizen Academy brings people together in a common purpose.
About the Academy Programs
What are the new templates for understanding gender and equality, for mediation, for the values we have about the planet and other forms of life with which we share this planet as our common home?
In what way can we resolve conflicts, ensure that respect is fundamental between peoples of all backgrounds, forgive what has gone wrong and start afresh?
These are just some of the challenges we face in the future…
The World Citizen Academy is centered on the human side of change.
Whilst many of the programs focus on fascinating subjects, like the environment, coaching, leadership, arts of theatre, psychology, evolution … it is the consideration of the way that we humans can contribute to a new future that is central to them all.
Such is the overarching conditioning on our minds that suggests that government, organizations, ‘others’ are addressing the future that we can sometimes forget that it is only when real change occurs in our selves that the initiatives we see starting around us have meaning – and when they have meaning, we want to contribute.
Everyone can practically contribute to the establishment of a new world in our daily lives by training for the future - now.
Beyond Sustainability
‘Sustainability’ is a minimum human requirement on earth. The greater human task is the generation and growth of a new and ever evolving state of affairs. Just to not leave this planet in a worse state for those yet to come is setting the bar too low.
The World Citizen Academy integrates learning with the evolution of a new human level that recognizes its greater responsibility to self, others and all life. It demonstrates that being service-centered is the only viable position in regard to the future, and that it is human ego-centered behavior has become unsustainable …
Our Global Academy programs are delivered live and through webinars, ensuring that people from all over the world can join us.
About the Programs
The World Citizen Academy provides a range of programs in broad territories of living that can facilitate the transition to the needs of a new time.
From more than 30 years of research and development, the programs are founded on core templates* that integrate the natural perceptions that arise in an emerging level of self with the opening up of the fields of knowledge in which the program is focusing.
*A template is a mental construct that recognizes the way that the core of any field of knowledge translates from its core understanding into vast realms of human practice and application.
Our programs have always included a mixture of participants from every background and academic level. The intelligence that we can collectively bring to bear on the challenges that we face is not just based in our IQ knowledge, but acknowledges the emotional-feeling and spiritual dimensions of living. The future needs all of us working together.

About our Facilitators
Our facilitators have had at least fifteen years of training in the ‘template’ way of thinking, apart from, in many cases, being PhDs, MAs and BAs from many of the worlds top universities (Oxford, McGill, London…).
Many have written books, have worked in organizations like the UN, the top multinationals and for government as well as in the corporate sector.
All give their time and contribution freely to serve the needs of the future and receive only a small remittance in recognition of their work.
